Yeast and spicy mineral undertones, pear, herbal notes, becoming more and more balsamic with air contact. In the mouth with a powerful structural part: with phenols present and a solid acid core. Only very subtly influenced by wood. A handsome Pinot Blanc made for bottle aging.

Our Pinot Blanc shines lemon yellow with greenish-yellow reflections in the glass.
A fragrance of elderberry, refreshing lychee and a bit of local pear, charms from the beginning.
A touch of peach and well-integrated ligneous aromas, reminiscent of cocoa, give the wine a tasty body fullness.
On the palate, this Pinot Blanc convinces with tones of aromatic pear jelly, bergamot and an enormous saltiness. This fascinating potpourri of aromas, as well as its long finish, shows an expressive and perfect wine.
