Wine description:
Our very fine-pearly sparkling wine Zero Dosage shows an animating brioche flavor in the fragrance, as well as apple peel, boskop, delicate nutty and yeast-spicy components. The creamy mousseux lets this vintage sparkling wine dance on the palate without being effervescent.
The complex taste, literally vibrating, with a gentle nerve, fine fruit and a lot of profundity forms the framework, which is strengthened on the palate with a firm acid structure and a rather mild mousseux.

The Gutedel stone cross has a light yellow, shimmering green and a slight cloudiness in the glass. In the bottom of the bottle there is a deposit, the fine yeast - which is supposed to protect the natural wine from oxidation. In the scent, the Gutedel exudes green apple, ripe apple peel, herbal mineral notes and a fine reduction. After a few minutes in the glass, our Gutedel develops enormously. Flint and other mineral notes come to the fore. Grapfruit, pear and liquorice aromas are discreet. On the palate, clear and delicately juicy, slim appearance with an unbelievable draw and drink flow. The very good tension, wide-meshed phenols make it a pleasure to enjoy. It is dry, but not tart, built completely linear, has pressure and volume, an individual wine. The light tannin structure and saltiness invigorates the palate with delicate aromas of lemon, lime, almond, pear and is therefore a perfect accompaniment to food.
