Wine description:
This, very rich in extract, Pinot Noir volcano sinks into glass with strong red reflections. It is very deeply mineralized, finely structured, has obvious playful aromas of red berries and an incredibly long finish. After a little patience, a heady scent of wild berries and elderflower unfolds - rather the variety of a flower garden, roasted nuts and light wood aromas.
On the palate, aromas of delicate chocolate, lots of red fruit, roasted hints and enticing minerality dance. Harmonious notes of vanilla, cinnamon and mellow plum open up in the glass. A symphony of the senses, will develop for many, many years to come.
The yield is 20-25 hl / ha and the grapes were harvested very early and fully ripe.

The 2020 Gutedel stone cross has a light yellow, shimmering green and a slight cloudiness in the glass. In the bottom of the bottle there is a deposit, the fine yeast - which is supposed to protect the natural wine from oxidation. In the scent, the Gutedel exudes green apple, ripe apple peel, herbal mineral notes and a fine reduction. After a few minutes in the glass, our Gutedel develops enormously. Flint and other mineral notes come to the fore. Grapfruit, pear and liquorice aromas are discreet. On the palate, clear and delicately juicy, slim appearance with an unbelievable draw and drink flow. The very good tension, wide-meshed phenols make it a pleasure to enjoy. It is dry, but not tart, built completely linear, has pressure and volume, an individual wine. The light tannin structure and saltiness invigorates the palate with delicate aromas of lemon, lime, almond, pear and is therefore a perfect accompaniment to food.

Our Pinot Noir shines in the glass with a light ruby red. The fruit aromas are reminiscent of sour cherry, currant and forest berries. The powerful fruit aromas are accompanied by a delicate smoky touch of the oak barrel. The barrique note is finely integrated, as the wine matures in used rather than new barriques for almost 24 months.

A bright yellow, shimmering slightly greenish, presents our Gutedel. With the fragrance of ripe pears, vanilla and herbal mineral tones like mint and chamomile.
After a few minutes in the glass our Chasselas developes enormously. Showing discreetly flavors from grapefruit, almond and liquorice.

Light green and with yellowish reflections our Chardonnay shimmers in the glass and awakens the senses with fruity scents of plums, peach, lime and lemongrass. Their aroma seems flavored with a hint of dark chocolate.
