The Pinot Noir shines in the glass with a bright ruby red. The powerful fruit aroma of sour cherry is brilliantly worked out. Fine scents of elder and mint reflect the liveliness of the Pinot Noir.
On the palate, the fresh acidity and fine tannin stimulate the senses. The tannin lies flat on the palate and promises a great future. A long and fine-bitter reverberation makes you want more.
The yield is 30 hl / ha and the grapes were harvested very early and fully ripe.
