Wine description:
Our Pinot Noir shines in the glass with a light ruby red. The fruit aromas are reminiscent of sour cherry, currant and forest berries. The powerful fruit aromas are accompanied by a delicate smoky touch of the oak barrel. The barrique note is finely integrated, as the wine matures in used rather than new barriques for almost 24 months.
Fine on the palate in the tannin and at the same time firm and easy to grip. The grippy tannins and the ripe acid result in incredible drinking pleasure!
The yield is 50 hl / ha and the grapes were harvested fully ripe. A great Pinot Noir for its "local wine category" which will develop very well over the next 5 years.
