A bright yellow, shimmering slightly greenish, presents our Gutedel. With the fragrance of ripe pears, vanilla and herbal mineral tones like mint and chamomile.
After a few minutes in the glass our Chasselas developes enormously. Showing discreetly flavors from grapefruit, almond and liquorice.
On the palate, clear and fine-juicy, light appearance with incredible trait and drink flow. The light tanning agent structure and saltiness stimulates the palate with tender flavors of lemon, lime, almond and pear.

In the bottom of the bottle there is a deposit, the fine yeast - which is supposed to protect the natural wine from oxidation. In the scent, the Gutedel exudes green apple, ripe apple peel, herbal mineral notes and a fine reduction. After a few minutes in the glass, our Gutedel develops enormously. Flint and other mineral notes come to the fore. Grapfruit, pear and liquorice aromas are discreet. On the palate, clear and delicately juicy, slim appearance with an unbelievable draw and drink flow. The very good tension, wide-meshed phenols make it a pleasure to enjoy. It is dry, but not tart, built completely linear, has pressure and volume, an individual wine. The light tannin structure and saltiness invigorates the palate with delicate aromas of lemon, lime, almond, pear and is therefore a perfect accompaniment to food.
