Wine description:
This, very rich in extract, Pinot Noir volcano sinks into glass with strong red reflections. It is very deeply mineralized, finely structured, has obvious playful aromas of red berries and an incredibly long finish. After a little patience, a heady scent of wild berries and elderflower unfolds - rather the variety of a flower garden, roasted nuts and light wood aromas.
On the palate, aromas of delicate chocolate, lots of red fruit, roasted hints and enticing minerality dance. Harmonious notes of vanilla, cinnamon and mellow plum open up in the glass. A symphony of the senses, will develop for many, many years to come.
The yield is 20-25 hl / ha and the grapes were harvested very early and fully ripe.
